The Center for Strategic Studies in Support of Women and Children (CSWC) announces its need to contract with the preparer of an investigative report on human rights violations within the project to strengthen accountability and justice mechanisms in Yemen. Those interested and those who meet the specifications in the attached terms of reference should submit their submission quickly:
- Experience in preparing human rights reports of no less than 3 years.
- Financial and technical offer.
- Samples of previous reports.
- the biography.
- A chronic action plan to prepare the report.
- Submitting the final report on the date agreed upon in the contract.
Standards and conditions:
- Written skills in drafting lengthy investigative reports on human rights violations, the ability to express ideas and information clearly and logically, and to communicate the message effectively to the target audience.
- Clear knowledge of the basic principles of human rights and relevant international legislation.
- Ability to deal with quantitative and qualitative data and information, analyze them, and transform them into relevant and detailed investigative reports.
- The ability to scrutinize information and evidence and analyze it accurately and comprehensively.
- Confidentiality and respect for privacy in dealing with sources and information with complete confidentiality and respect for privacy.
- Commitment to ethical principles: The applicant must have a commitment to ethical principles and relevant laws in writing investigative reports.
